Lang's manufacturing facility has been approved as a technical plant under European legislation and is therefore authorised to process hides and skins from EEC approved abattoirs for the collagen and gelatine process industries.

A HACCP plan is in operation to ensure that hygiene is maintained at the highest level and that we have complete product traceability and all supporting documentation is managed as part of our integrated management system which is independently audited by customers, health authorities and British Standards Institute.
